Another success for Erbenova Residence

With great pride, we announce that our Erbenova Residence project has achieved another significant success! In the prestigious Building of the Year 2024 competition, it received an award for the architectural and technical design of a residential building.

This recognition is further proof that bold and technically demanding projects can be realized with an emphasis on quality, aesthetics, and harmonious integration into the surrounding environment. Erbenova Residence, located on the steep Smíchov slope at the end of Erbenova Street in Prague 5, represents a unique complex of three-story residential units with terraces, glazed bay windows, internal staircases, and elevators, situated above underground garages. The result is a fresh and well-proportioned residential development that seamlessly connects to the Hřebenek villa district.

Great thanks go to everyone involved in this exceptional project—especially architects Aleš Lapka and Petr Kolář from ADR s.r.o., co-author Petr Vacek from Expert Architects, s.r.o., the designers from Expert Architects, and the implementation team from EBM Construct.

We are honored that Erbenova Residence continues to collect awards and is becoming a symbol of modern architecture that respects the genius loci.
