Construction of the Valmont project in Staré Splavy is proceeding successfully

Construction of the luxury Valmont apartments in Staré Splavy continues despite the technical challenges posed by the terrain. The architectural design takes advantage of the natural slope of the site to offer future apartment owners panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding nature.

Work is currently underway on the foundation structures and reinforced concrete components of the building. Due to the slope of the site, the project requires careful coordination of earthwork, foundation work, and subsequent construction phases.
