EBM Group at the AVANT Investment Conference 2026 

On Thursday, September 24, we attended the AVANT Investment Conference 2026, held at the O2 Universum in Prague. The event provided a forum for experts in the fields of investment, finance, real estate, and business to meet and share their experiences and perspectives on current market developments.

The program also included a panel discussion titled “From Land Acquisition to Final Inspection—Behind the Scenes of the Real Estate Development Business,” featuring Jakub Vais, co-owner of EBM Group and co-founder of the EBM Real Estate SICAV fund.
The discussion offered a practical perspective on real estate development and provided insight into everything that goes into bringing a project to life—from the initial land acquisition to the completion and final inspection of the property.

For EBM Group, the conference was above all an opportunity to meet with partners, investors, and other professionals from the real estate and investment sectors, share our experiences, and discuss current topics that influence both real estate development and investment.

The AVANT Investment Conference also highlighted the importance of connecting the various segments of the real estate and investment markets. It is precisely this mutual exchange of experiences and open discussion that are vital to the sector’s further development.
