EBM Real Estate SICAV: Strong Performance and Dynamic Growth in the First Months of 2024

The qualified investor fund EBM Real Estate SICAV, through its residential sub-fund EBM Residential, reported exceptionally strong results as of December 31, 2024. These results reflect the fund’s stable performance and growing investor interest.
The total value of the fund’s assets reached CZK 279.6 million at year-end, with a net portfolio increase of CZK 29.7 million since inception, representing a gain of over 40%.
The PIA investment share class achieved an annualized return of 12.04% p.a., which corresponds to the maximum return possible under the fund’s investment strategy. This outstanding result demonstrates that the fund not only manages entrusted capital efficiently but is also capable of delivering consistent returns even in the early phase of its operation.
As of December 31, 2024, the fund’s assets were allocated among the investment share classes as follows:
- PIA: 13% of assets, share value: CZK 1.0102
- PRIA: 43% of assets, share value: CZK 1.0249
- VIA: 43% of assets, share value: CZK 1.2841
In addition to the growth in portfolio value, the fund also saw a significant inflow of capital, with total assets increasing by nearly CZK 70 million within four months, primarily driven by the successful contribution of real estate projects to the fund and strong demand from qualified investors.
