Foundation stone ceremony for the Meander Kbely and Villa Resort Kbely projects

On September 16, a symbolic stone laying ceremony was held in Prague’s Kbely district for the Meander Kbely and Villa Resort Kbely projects, whose construction began several months ago. We are collaborating on these projects with Hinton, which is the general contractor for the construction. The architectural design was created by the Expert Architects studio.
Construction is proceeding in parallel with sales. At Meander Kbely, 52% of the residential units have been sold so far, while at Villa Resort Kbely, half of the single-family homes have been sold. The planned completion and move-in date for both projects is the third quarter of 2028.
The sales results confirm the interest in residential living in a location that combines the quieter character of the city district, green spaces, and good access to other parts of Prague.
“People are increasingly seeking more space, contact with nature, and a better quality of life without having to sacrifice good connections to the city center. This is exactly what Kbely has long offered,” says Jan Šulc, Executive Director and Partner at EBM Group.
