Highlights of 2025

The start of a new year is traditionally a time for reflection. That is why we would like to share with you the most important achievements of the past year. 2025 was full of significant steps that moved our projects, portfolio, and the entire group forward.
Among the most significant milestones were the launch of the Meander Kbely and Villa Resort Kbely projects, which expanded the range of quality housing in an attractive Prague location.
Another important step was the start of construction on the Valmont project, which moved from the preparatory phase to actual realization.
A significant achievement was the completion of the Krčská zahrada project, which won first place in the prestigious Best of Realty competition and then third place in the Estate Awards competition. These awards confirm the quality of the architectural design and the overall concept of the project.
The year also saw the acquisition of the Nová Jesenice project, which will create a new urban district with modern housing and high-quality public space in the future.
In terms of investments, we managed to exceed CZK 100 million in new investments in PIA and PRIA shares, which is an important milestone in the further growth of our EBM Real Estate Sicav fund.
These results are proof of the stable development of the EBM Group and the fulfillment of our long-term vision – to create beautiful places to live with added value that make sense today and in the future.
