Jakub Vais joined the Hospodářské noviny debate on real estate investments

Jakub Vais, CEO and Co-owner of EBM Group, took part in the Hospodářské noviny debate on real estate investments, which focused on the growing popularity of real estate funds among Czech investors.

“An eight-percent return is the minimum we deliver to our investors – otherwise, it comes at the expense of our own capital. Over the past year, the return was around twelve percent, and that’s the level we’re aiming for,” said Jakub Vais during the discussion.

He also highlighted the importance of trust and transparency in fund management, as well as the skin in the game principle, where founders invest their own capital into the fund: “For investors, this is very good news. It proves that we believe in our projects so strongly that we’re willing to share the risk with them,” Vais added.
