Krčská zahrada is the winner of Best of Realty 2025

We are proud to announce that our premium residential project Krčská zahrada has won the "real estate Oscar" in the prestigious Best of Realty 2025 competition. The project won in the category of smaller residential projects thanks to its combination of modern architecture, peaceful urban environment, and attention to detail.
The expert jury particularly appreciated the intimate character of the project with 30 residential units, the harmonious integration of modern architecture into a peaceful garden district, the high-quality work with greenery and public space, and the sustainable construction solution.
