Presenting the EBM Results for 2025

The year 2025 was a period of further development for the EBM Group, during which we strengthened our portfolio and expanded our investment activities. In this year’s annual report, we provide an overview of our financial results, key project milestones, and events that shaped the future direction of the entire group.
Key Figures for 2025
◾ The Group’s consolidated assets reached CZK 1,699.6 million.
◾ Consolidated equity amounted to CZK 199.49 million.
◾ Consolidated operating profit reached CZK 201.74 million.
The EBM Real Estate SICAV investment fund also saw significant growth, gaining 128 new investors in 2025 who contributed more than CZK 122 million in new investments to the fund. This development confirms investors’ confidence in the Group’s long-term strategy and its ability to generate stable value.
Project Milestones
The past year brought not only positive economic results but also important milestones in the development of our portfolio.
We launched sales for two residential projects in Prague 19—Meander Kbely and Villa Resort Kbely—which will offer modern living in a location that combines excellent accessibility, nature, and high-quality community amenities.
Another significant milestone was the completion of the Krčská zahrada project, which won first place in the prestigious Best of Realty competition and subsequently third place in the Estate Awards. These awards confirm the quality of the architectural design and the project’s overall concept.
In 2025, we also began construction on the exclusive Valmont project near Máchovo Lake, and added the major Nová Jesenice project to our portfolio, which will create a new urban neighborhood featuring 250 residential units, a central square, services, and commercial spaces.
