At the end of 2021, we completed the project of building 18 terraced houses in the Kolovraty district of Prague, which has already been handed over to the owners. In the sought-after residential location full of peace and greenery, we managed to realize pleasant modern living with low operating costs and perfect accessibility to the city centre.
This is the first project of the EBM group family houses. Construction of the resort began in April 2020 and it was sold in record time. The entry into the new segment was successful and we are now implementing the construction of a similar Villa Resort on the Beroun hill, stage 2 of which was put on sale a few days ago.
