The Brownfields conference took place in Kladno

This week, the fifth year of the Brownfields conference took place in the premises of the former Kladno smelters, the main topic of which was the transformation of neglected urban locations into attractive places for life from the point of view of the city and a private investor.
EBM Executive Director Jan Šulc spoke at the conference also about the fact that not only effective cooperation between the city and the investor is important for the development of the city, but also the vision and the opportunity to be involved in the overall concept of the city, which would go beyond the scope of one specific project.
