The Engerth Residence is entering its final phase

The Rezidence Engerth project has reached a significant milestone. Buildings 1 and 2 have successfully passed the on-site inspection by the Building Authority, and we are currently awaiting the issuance of the occupancy permit, which marks the project’s transition into the final phase before full completion. The occupancy permits for the remaining buildings are scheduled for the end of May this year.

Interest in living in this location is also confirmed by current sales figures—only the last 5 residential units remain available.
