The Engerth Residence is Fully Completed

Construction of all four apartment buildings in the Engerth Residence has now been successfully completed, and the project is entering its final phase—the handover of the last apartment units to their new owners.
Rezidence Engerth offered a total of 126 apartments, all of which were completely sold out even before construction was completed. The project thus confirmed strong client interest in high-quality residential housing in this location.
Rezidence Engerth combines generously designed living spaces with timeless architecture and an emphasis on connecting with the surrounding nature. The project is located near forests and close to the starting station of the future Kladno–Ostrovec express rail line, which will provide a fast connection to Prague in the future.
The architectural design of the project was developed by the firms Expert Architects and Atelier Smitka. Hinton served as the general contractor for the construction.
The handover of the final batch of residential units to their new owners is currently underway. Once this process is complete, the Engerth Residence project will be fully concluded in terms of construction, sales, and handover to clients.
