All 125 residential units found owners even before the project was completed.
The first two buildings have already been successfully approved for occupancy. Final inspections for the remaining buildings are scheduled for the end of May this year, after which the apartments will be gradually handed over to their new owners.
From the very beginning, the Engerth Residence was created with a clear vision—to create modern living that combines quality architecture, functional layouts, and a pleasant environment for everyday life. The project was designed with an emphasis on the comfort of future residents, ample natural light, practical apartment layouts, and high-quality public spaces in the surrounding area.
The project also incorporated modern technological processes that contributed to more efficient and precise construction. For example, prefabricated bathrooms were implemented for the first time in the project, enabling greater precision in execution and optimization of the construction process.
The successful sale of all residential units even before the project’s completion confirms that it is precisely this emphasis on quality, long-term value, and a well-thought-out living concept that is the path we wish to further develop within our projects.
