We are launching the Nová Jesenice project: We are bringing new housing, services, and a modern square to the city center

EBM Group is taking over the Nová Jesenice project, which will create a new urban district with modern housing, an active parterre, and a new public space in the very center of the city. We plan to build four buildings in the urban architectural style on key plots in the center of Jesenice, with a total of 250 apartments ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk.

The ground floors of the buildings will house retail and service units that will enhance life in the center—we are planning shops, cafes, and other services that will help create a lively urban environment.

The project will also include a new public square, designed in collaboration with leading urban planners and architects. The square will feature a water feature, greenery, urban furniture, and space for community events – from markets to cultural events. Nová Jesenice will thus naturally support the life of the local community and the development of the city center.

The project builds on the municipality's long-term efforts to transform the center as part of the revitalization of the "Three Squares," one of which will become part of our project.

We plan to start construction in 2027 and complete it in the following years. Nová Jesenice project will bring modern housing, high-quality public space, and a revitalized city center—a new impetus for the city's further development.
