BD Novostrašnická

We realized an apartment building with 40 apartments, five studios and three commercial spaces in Novostrašnická street in Prague 10. Our decision to go the way of cooperative housing in combination with a suitable location and a favorable price turned out to be not only correct, but also very successful, as the sale of apartments far exceeded the initial assumptions and all residential and non-residential units were sold half a year before the closing date, despite the ongoing real estate crisis.

In the summer of 2014, the project was completed and the units were handed over to the cooperative members for occupancy.
