CBS Třebechovice
In Třebechovice pod Orebem, we are developing a modern, four-story social services facility for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease.
The new center, with a capacity of up to 140 beds, will be built on the site of a former brownfield, which this project will transform into an attractive and functional space.
The location is within walking distance of the train station, ensuring excellent accessibility. The project not only revitalizes a previously unused area but also contributes positively to the overall character of the surrounding neighborhood. EBM Group will oversee all phases of the development.
