Rezidence Vitera
Where your next chapter of life begins
Rezidence Vitera brings homes that carry life in their name. In Šestajovice, just beyond the Prague city limits, a place is taking shape where easy access to the capital meets calm and nature all around. Sixty apartments, from compact 2-bedroom units to spacious family 4-bedroom homes, will offer a home to those who want the city within reach and greenery at their doorstep.
At the heart of the project will be a beautiful inner courtyard with landscaping and secluded corners alive with everyday life. A place for neighbours to meet, children to play and quiet moments among the trees. Abundant greenery is not an afterthought to the architecture, but the essence of the whole idea: living that breathes, grows and thrives.
Rezidence Vitera combines convenient access to Prague with the quiet of the capital’s eastern edge, close to Klánovice Forest. An ideal choice for those seeking a new chapter of life beyond the bustle of the city, without giving up its advantages.
