Stromovka Kladno
A modern urban district near the main railway station
In September 2021, we completed the acquisition of land in Kladno with a total area of over 50,000 m2, on which we will build a new urban district with more than 620 housing and rental units. As part of the project, a new square with a restaurant, shops and services, a kindergarten and a housing center for seniors will also be created.
The new district will be connected by an underpass to the main railway station with a continuous connection to the center of the capital. The expressway, which will begin construction in 2022 and be completed in 2028, will take you to Masaryk station in Prague in 30 minutes.
The construction will take place in several stages between 2024-2028 and will offer a home to those who desire affordable and high-quality housing with all civic amenities within reach of the metropolis.
