EBM has another successfully completed project in its portfolio

At the end of 2025, the last house in the Villa Resort Beroun project was sold, successfully completing the entire project. Last year, it was also our second sold-out project, along with the double award-winning Krčská zahrada project.

The residential complex was built on a quiet hill in Beroun, in the immediate vicinity of a golf course, and offered 44 energy-efficient family houses with 4+kk and 5+kk layouts. Each house was designed with an emphasis on high living standards, well-thought-out layouts, and quality materials.
