TVIZE discussion on current trends in the residential real estate market. One of the participants was also the CEO and co-owner of EBM, Jakub Vais, who shared his views on the current development and the future of the market.

Interesting topics that were discussed included questions about the resilience of the premium and luxury residential segment to market fluctuations, the possibility of discounts from developers when property prices stagnate and their willingness to build cheaper housing. There was also a discussion about locations with expected growth and who currently dominates the Prague real estate market - Czechs, expats, families or individuals. We also touched on the development of housing prices in other cities.
