We are preparing a new project: the Vitera Residence

EBM Group is expanding its portfolio with the Vitera Residence project in Šestajovice near Prague. The plans call for apartment buildings with 60 residential units, ranging from 2+kk layouts to spacious 4+kk family homes. The project will include a green courtyard, which will provide a pleasant setting for neighborhood gatherings, children’s play, and everyday relaxation.
In an adjacent, separate section of the site, 12 building lots are also planned for the construction of single-family homes. We view the combination of these different forms of residential housing as one of the main advantages of this acquisition. While the apartment buildings will offer the comforts of modern living, the building lots will allow future owners to create their own homes exactly as they envision them.
The project is currently in the preparation phase, with individual sections being developed gradually. Its concept is based primarily on the potential of the location, which offers proximity to Prague, good transportation access, and, at the same time, a quieter environment in close contact with nature.
