We have created an inspiring place that fulfills every wish. We have carefully thought through every detail and prepared luxury living for the successful and self-confident: six towers, twenty-three luxury units, and twenty-three unique stories.

Unique in every detail

Unique. A word that perfectly describes every aspect of the project. An exceptional location on the border between blocks of flats and detached villas. Extremely sloping, south-facing plot on the technical edge of buildability. And an unusual assignment with the keywords generosity and exclusivity.

The synergistic connection into a unique whole was created according to an exceptional design, which is behind the architectural studio ADR of Petr Kolář and Aleš Lapka. The interiors were prepared by Petr Vacek from the Expert Architects studio.

Erbenova Rezidence won the architects' prize in the Realitní project 2022 competition and was completed in 2023.
